Package
Unless otherwise specified, we will adhere only to the minimum packaging standards for the selected mode of transport. Any special packaging, loading, or support charges required by the buyer are the buyer's responsibility. Payment Terms
All payment methods are 100% prepaid. Discounts apply only to the invoiced amount of the materials (excluding taxes or shipping). We accept all major credit cards. Your credit card will be charged immediately after you place your online order. We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and merchandise theft. Any fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted. If your billing address is different from your shipping address, you will need to complete a credit card authorization form and submit relevant documentation before your order is shipped. If necessary, our representative will contact you immediately after placing your order. This may result in a delay in shipping your order. If Buyer fails to pay according to the terms of this Agreement or any ancillary agreement, or fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement, we may, at our option (in addition to our other remedies), cancel any unshipped portion of this order. Buyer remains responsible for all unpaid amounts.
Order processing
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+08:00). Weekend orders will be shipped first thing on Monday morning (excluding holidays). Once shipped, your order will be delivered within the timeframe selected during checkout.
Taxation and import and export licenses
Prices do not include taxes. Taxes are payable upon receipt of our invoice, unless the buyer provides a valid tax exemption certificate approved by the tax authorities or we are prohibited by law from collecting such taxes. Buyers must hold an import or export license.

2. Circumstances where returns are not applicable

During any period of raw material shortage resulting from any of the foregoing causes, the Company may allocate the supply of such raw materials among its various users in any manner the Company deems fair and reasonable.
